Terms and Conditions

1. Inquiries and order confirmation

Submitting an inquiry does not place an order or require payment. We will review your request and confirm the design, dimensions, material, color, quantity, price, and expected timing with you before accepting the order. Any project-specific terms will be shared before you commit.

2. Custom designs and print details

Please check the specifications and any proofs provided before approving production. Changes requested after approval may affect the price or timing; we will discuss those changes with you before proceeding.

3D printed items can have visible layer lines and small variations in texture and color. Photos show examples of previous work; screens and lighting can affect how colors appear. Accessories shown in photos are included only when stated in the item description or your confirmed order.

3. Customer-provided files and images

Only submit designs, files, logos, or images that you own or have permission to use for the requested work. Providing a file gives Tubby Prints permission to use it to review and fulfill your project; it does not transfer ownership of your design.

4. Quotes and payment

Pricing depends on the project. The final quote will identify the agreed work and any applicable shipping charges and taxes. Payment can be made through Venmo, or in cash for local orders. Payment timing and any deposit will be confirmed with your quote before you place an order.

5. Shipping and local arrangements

Shipping is available. Shipping costs, the delivery address, and estimated timing will be confirmed for your order. Local pickup or handoff arrangements must be agreed in advance. Please provide accurate contact and delivery details.

If we cannot meet an agreed shipment date, we will contact you about the revised timing and any cancellation or refund options required by applicable law.

6. Changes, cancellations, and order issues

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Available options depend on the work already completed and the terms agreed for your project. Any custom-order cancellation or return conditions will be explained before you place the order.

If an item arrives damaged, is incorrect, or has a problem, email us with your order details and, if possible, photos so we can review it and discuss a resolution. Nothing in these terms limits any refund, repair, replacement, or other consumer rights you have under applicable law.
